What is your return policy on opened electronics?
Most electronics can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, items must be in original condition with all packaging; a restocking fee may apply to opened high-end equipment.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy audio gear?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates for turntables and speakers are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination, including any applicable customs duties.
Are the turntables you sell pre-calibrated?
Many of our 'Lab-Spec' bundles come pre-calibrated. For individual units, we provide detailed setup guides and offer customer support to help you balance your tonearm and set tracking force.

What should I do if my record arrives warped?
