The label digs up yet another obscure masterpiece, this time the UNRELEASED versions of the Czechoslovakian soundtrack to the "surrealist new wave" "film miracle," Valerie And Her Week Of Wonders, directed by the controversial Jaromil Jires. In addition to the stunning cast and phenomenal visuals, the haunting score courtesy of Lubos Fiser adds a crucial dimension to the dark, haunting film, and this 7" includes the never-before-released variations, vocal tracks, and newly resurrected themes, all directly from the original master tapes of the composer. Highlights include: "Valerie a tyden divu (Main Theme Edit)," "Awakening (Alternate Version)," "Disquiet (Alternate Version)," and "The Sermon (Alternate Version)."
