You really can't front on those soulful vocals courtesy of L'Renee, and when paired with those uplifting chords and grooving bass synths, it is a magic combination that's sure to set the off right. Even more effective is the Detroit mix on the flip that goes in heavy with the pianos and 90's synth sax that are just prime for peak time. Chalk another one up for the D! Recommended.
